4140 Steel

4140 is a high quality Quenched and Tempered Alloy Structural steel. Good ductility is a result of high quality steel, high tensile strength and shock resisting properties in combination with resistance to wear. It is a high quality medium carbon. Oil Quenched & Tempered Hardenss is 28-34 HRc. EN 19 Annealing delivery hardenss is less than 250HB.
