P20+Ni steel

P20 +Ni is the upgraded  version of plastic mould  steel 2311, which is normally supply in  the pre hardened condition. Hardness in as supplied condition is 280-320 HB.  Additional nickel content of 1 % gets  increased through hardening. P20 +Ni is micro-alloyed. P20 +Ni is a  hot rolled, pre-hardened &tempered black surface steel with hardness 30-36HRC.     Characteristics
